Returns Policy:

We take care to inspect all our products carefully for faults before dispatch,however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn purchase within 20 days of the invoice date (purchase date) to receive a full refund for the cost of the shoes excluding the postage when it applies.

 

Please choose your size and colour carefully as all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. This enables us to offer you our lowest possible prices for Cumfies.

 

Any shoes returned without following the guidelines below will not be eligible for a refund.

The Appearance of Product Colour: Disclaimer

Due to the limitations of desktop scanners and the relative inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colours you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. We strive to make our colours as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. Please ensure you take this into consideration when purchasing as we do not cover the postage for the return of items due to any colour discrepancies.

Return Guidelines:

Please note that any shoes to be returned are returned at the buyer’s expense.

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact customer service at info@cumfies.com.au to receive a RETURN ORDER NUMBER and delivery details. If for any reasons you fail to receive a Return Order Number via email within 3 working days of your request, please contact us by phone on 0407 168 033.

Item(s) must be returned in good condition. Please carefully wrap your purchase in protective paper, plastic or large padded envelope and add the Return Order Number clearly marked on the outside of the package in order to be eligible for a full refund of the cost of the shoes – exclusive of the postage when it applies.

Cumfies cannot accept any responsibility for the lost costs associated with the shoes that are returned without an identifying Return Order Number (we need this to match the returned item to the customer and process a refund.)

The shoes must be returned to Cumfies within 20 days of the original invoice date to be eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for ensuring delivery within this timeframe.

Cumfies are not responsible for any costs associated with products that are returned without properly adhering to our Returns Policy.

Please take care to choose the correct size and colour. Cumfies cannot be held responsible for items which do not fit or mistakes made during your purchase.

Your purchase will be labelled with the correct corresponding size according to your purchase invoice.

Recommendations:

 

When trying shoes on, make sure shoes are only worn on carpet so that they are kept in good order if you decide to return them. Shoes which are soiled or damaged will not be accepted if returned.

 

Refund Process and Time frame:

Cumfies processes most returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise at our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the actual date that the refund is posted to your account is determined by the company/bank which issued the original payment. Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact that company/bank directly for further assistance.

 

Faulty Goods:

We fully inspect each item carefully to avoid sending out any faulty items. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty, please contact our customer service departmental email: info@cumfies.com.au to arrange the return of your purchase.

 

Please note photographs are required initially for submission and allocation of a Return Order Number.

 

The item will be assessed by our Customer Service Center to determine if the item is faulty. If the item is found to be faulty, a replacement will be dispatched.  In the event there is no available stock for a replacement, a full refund of all costs incurred will be granted. Items returned which are not faulty will not be eligible for a full refund; customers will incur the return postage costs.

 

Exchanges:

We are unable to offer exchanges for Cumfies orders during the return process. If you would like the same shoe in another size or colour, simply place a new order. We cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.
